We often find ourselves in difficult circumstances, finding it challenging to keep our faith and trust in God. God has given us the answer to this dilemma - the ministry of "with." He gave us his Spirit through Jesus, and we are empowered toward one another to be encouraged on our journey. The story of Ruth exemplifies this very clearly, and we learn a lot about our journey toward healing from her. In a lowly circumstance where she had nothing to gain, she leaned into her singular devotion to God and to her mother-in-law, Naomi. Her courage is what not only God used to bring redemption to her family, but also to an entire nation. All pointing to the future and final redemption through Christ, Jesus.
